Hiring Customer Services Reps for Night Shift

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role is located in Amritsar.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support
  • Ability to maintain high Customer Satisfaction
  • Proven experience in Customer Service and Customer Experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
