Role Description
Medusind is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative for an on-site role at our Ahmedabad location. The primary responsibilities include providing excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will support clients by addressing their concerns, managing accounts, and ensuring a seamless customer experience in accordance with the company's high standards.

- Strong skills in Customer Service, ensuring exceptional care and communication with clients
- Experience in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and enhancing overall Customer Experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
