Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Customer Service Representative based in Pune. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality service standards. Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Customer Service, Customer Support, and providing excellent Customer Satisfaction
  • Ability to deliver outstanding Customer Experience and effectively handle customer inquiries
  • Professional communication skills with a focus on problem-solving and client relationships
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site setting
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service software is an added advantage
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory
