Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting clients, ensuring a positive customer experience, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering satisfaction through excellent support. The role requires consistent professionalism, attentive communication, and a focus on maintaining the high standards of HAIR RAP BY YOYO.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, providing excellent support and assistance to clients.
• Knowledge of Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience best practices to ensure clients have a positive interaction with the salon.
• Skills in effectively managing and responding to Customer Support requests to address and resolve issues promptly.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build strong client relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a proactive team player.
• Previous experience in the hair or beauty industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English and local languages to cater to a diverse clientele is beneficial.
