We are looking for a responsible and well-organized candidate to manage offline customer enquiries, dealer orders, website orders, billing coordination.
The candidate will replace an existing team member and must be comfortable handling customer calls, WhatsApp enquiries, order follow-ups, billing coordination, and website order processing.
Key Responsibilities
1.Handle dealer and offline customer enquiries by phone, WhatsApp, and email.
2.Coordinate dealer orders, pricing confirmations, stock availability, and dispatch follow-ups.
3.Prepare and coordinate offline billing with accounts / dispatch team.
4.Manage website orders, customer queries, order fulfillment, and basic website operations.
5.Coordinate with distributors, dealers, warehouse, accounts, and dispatch teams.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Experience in back-office sales, dealer coordination, ecommerce operations, or customer support.
Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets.
Preferred Candidate
Female or male candidate with 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, back-office operations, dealer support, ecommerce order handling, or customer service.
Immediate joiners preferred.
