Job Overview:

We are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative with 1–2 years of experience in handling customer interactions via phone and email. The ideal candidate should be based in Pune, have strong English communication skills, and be comfortable working U.S. East Coast hours (EST).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails promptly and courteously.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide customers with accurate information.
  • Document all customer interactions in the database for future reference.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, specifically handling phone calls and emails.
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage stressful situations.
  • Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
