About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Sales Executive to manage customer inquiries, drive conversions, and deliver a smooth shopping experience across WhatsApp, Instagram, website, and other customer touchpoints.
The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, sales-oriented, and great at communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Sales & Support
- Handle customer inquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram DM, email, and calls
- Assist customers with product recommendations, customization options, pricing, and order placement
- Convert inquiries into sales through effective communication and follow-ups
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products
Order & Customer Management
- Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams for smooth order processing
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure timely updates
- Maintain customer databases and order records
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases
Sales & Reporting
- Track inquiries, conversions, and daily sales performance
- Maintain response time and customer satisfaction standards
- Share regular updates and reports with the team
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in customer sales/customer support for a D2C or e-commerce brand
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable handling WhatsApp and Instagram sales
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills
- Organized, proactive, and sales-oriented
Preferred
- Experience with Shopify or D2C brands
- Experience in fashion, gifting, lifestyle, or premium brands
- Familiarity with CRM/order management tools
