Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, a typical day involves engaging with customers to address their concerns and inquiries through various communication channels. The role includes coordinating with different departments to ensure timely resolution of issues and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. This position requires attentiveness to customer needs, managing multiple tasks efficiently, and contributing to a positive customer experience by providing clear and helpful information throughout the day.

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance service delivery and share best practices.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Assist in identifying trends in customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Customer Service Management.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer requests and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in using customer relationship management tools and software.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify issues and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Capability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service Management.
  • This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
