To support our growing operations, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist in managing client communication and ensuring a high standard of service for our global clients.
Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling client inquiries, supporting internal teams, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and the firm. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client interactions in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and service requests.
Respond to emails, calls, and messages from clients in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding service updates and requests.
Client Support & Coordination
Assist clients with general information related to services and processes.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requests are addressed efficiently.
Escalate complex client issues to the appropriate teams when required.
Documentation & Record Management
Maintain accurate records of client communications and service requests.
Update internal systems with relevant client information and interaction notes.
Ensure documentation is organized and compliant with company procedures.
Service Quality
Maintain a high level of professionalism in all client interactions.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and internal service processes.
Ensure timely resolution of client queries and concerns.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
13 years of experience in customer service, client support, or administrative roles.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Preferred Skills
Experience working in financial services, banking, or consulting environments.
Ability to manage international client communications.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
