About Flowcall

Flowcall is an AI customer service platform (AI Agents + AI helpdesk/ticketing) helping D2C brands deliver exceptional support across WhatsApp, email, Instagram, voice, and web chat.

About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our growing client base. You'll help clients get the most out of Flowcall by troubleshooting product issues, configuring AI agents, and ensuring their customer service operations run smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to client queries about product usage, features, and best practices
  • Troubleshoot issues clients face with AI agent performance and platform functionality
  • Configure and fine-tune AI agents when they're not responding correctly or when clients escalate
  • Guide clients through setup, onboarding, and ongoing platform optimization
  • Document common issues and contribute to help articles and internal knowledge bases
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to flag bugs and suggest improvements

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or client support, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Ability to understand technical products and explain them simply to clients
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working across multiple tools and communication channels
  • Experience with D2C brands customer service is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or helpdesk platforms preferred

Compensation

Up to 25,000 per month
