Role Description

This full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role is located in Udaipur. The responsibilities include attending to customer inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and user experience. The representative will maintain effective communication, resolve issues promptly, and deliver exceptional customer support to meet company standards and enhance customer loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience to ensure quality communication and seamless service.
  • Proven ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction through efficient problem-solving and relationship management.
  • Experience in maintaining high standards for Customer Service Representatives and working collaboratively in dynamic environments.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Proficiency in relevant CRM tools and software is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
