This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Nagpur. In this role, you will handle customer interactions to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a deep understanding of the company's products and services. The role requires close communication with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or providing excellent Customer Satisfaction
• Strong interpersonal skills to enhance Customer Experience and maintain positive customer relationships
• Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with financial services or fintech products is a plus
