**Requirements: **

- Graduate in any discipline (B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Sc, M.Sc, BCA, MCA not eligible)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic MS Office proficiency

- Ability to multitask under pressure

- Prior customer service experience is a plus!
