Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Pune. The Customer Service Representative will handle daily customer interactions, address inquiries, and resolve customer issues with efficiency and professionalism. Responsibilities include ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and collaborating with other team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role also requires a proactive approach to identifying and addressing customer concerns to ensure long-term satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support practices
  • Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
  • Ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using customer management software is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous
