Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - French. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our French-speaking clients. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our products/services.

Requirements

Should be ready to work in Night shifts and 5 days working.

Should be ready to Work from Office

B2 Level Proficiency : French

Responsibilities

  • Strong command over written English (grammatically correct written English)
  • Command over French language to assist the client through email, chat or phone.
  • Customer Support Assist the customer process and solve Customer queries.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt responses and query resolution
  • Coordinate with internal team for issue resolving & coordination with customer
  • To ensure that tasks are completed daily and in a timely manner
  • Respond to customers in tickets issues, follow-ups, etc.
