Your Role:
As our Telesales, you'll be the first touchpoint for potential customersturning inquiries into interest and calls into conversions. You'll play a key role in promoting our organic products and supporting our B2B sales journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with charm, clarity, and confidence.
- Engage in lead generation through strategic cold and warm calling.
- Follow up with prospects, answer questions, and turn interest into orders.
- Communicate the benefits of our organic products to B2B clients with authenticity.
- Prepare and share product quotations tailored to customer needs.
- Ensure every call aligns with our toneprofessional, warm, and solution-driven. Coordinate with internal teams to close deals and build long-term customer loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and Excel.
- Stay motivated to hit your daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
What You Bring:
- 13 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Prior experience in the FMCG sector is a big plus.
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and any regional language is welcomed.
- A positive attitude and ability to stay energizedeven in the face of rejection.
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and basic data entry/reporting.
- A passion for organic living and customer engagement.
- Strong follow-up skills and B2B sales understanding.
