Working Hours: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days

Your Role:

As our Telesales, you'll be the first touchpoint for potential customersturning inquiries into interest and calls into conversions. You'll play a key role in promoting our organic products and supporting our B2B sales journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with charm, clarity, and confidence.
  • Engage in lead generation through strategic cold and warm calling.
  • Follow up with prospects, answer questions, and turn interest into orders.
  • Communicate the benefits of our organic products to B2B clients with authenticity.
  • Prepare and share product quotations tailored to customer needs.
  • Ensure every call aligns with our toneprofessional, warm, and solution-driven. Coordinate with internal teams to close deals and build long-term customer loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and Excel.
  • Stay motivated to hit your daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

What You Bring:

  • 13 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in any stream.
  • Prior experience in the FMCG sector is a big plus.
  • Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and any regional language is welcomed.
  • A positive attitude and ability to stay energizedeven in the face of rejection.
  • Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and basic data entry/reporting.
  • A passion for organic living and customer engagement.
  • Strong follow-up skills and B2B sales understanding.
