We specialise in designing and executing end-to-end experiences across Sales Meets, Conferences, Award Shows, MICE programs, Offsites, and Employee Engagement initiatives.

Role Description

We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in event management. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

The role involves working closely with corporate clients to plan and execute events such as award shows, MICE events, offsites, HR events, and conferences. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, managing communication, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and ensuring seamless delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end client servicing for corporate events
  • Liaise with clients to understand briefs and deliver customised event solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners for execution
  • Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event management (client servicing role)
  • Hands-on experience in corporate events such as award shows, MICE, offsites, and HR events
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven approach
