Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and persuasiveCustomer Support Executive(Voice Process) to guide and support prospective students through theenrollmentprocess. The role involvescounselingstudents, understanding their academic needs, and helping them select the right course while ensuring smooth coordination with the internal admissions team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel prospective students.
- Understand student profiles and recommend suitable academic programs.
- Convert leads into admissions through persuasive communication andtimelyfollow-ups.
- Provideaccurateinformation on courses, fees, eligibility, and admission procedures.
- Maintain and update student records in CRM tools.
- Guide students through documentation, application tracking, and fee submission.
- Coordinate with the internal admissions/operations team for smooth processing.
- Maintain complete knowledge of programs, admission criteria, deadlines, and scholarships.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead conversion and admissions.
- Stay updated withnew programs, market trends, and student requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master'spreferred).
- 01 year of experience in studentcounseling/ education sales / voice process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand student profiles and match them with suitable programs.
- Target-oriented with strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with active listening skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office
