Join us in our mission to make wellness fun and accessible We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our lean, high-energy team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Contact customers who have abandoned their carts within the defined TAT to understand their concerns and encourage order completion.

Identify reasons for cart abandonment such as pricing, payment issues, delivery concerns, or product queries, and provide appropriate assistance.

Guide customers through the checkout process or assist them in completing their purchase during the call.

Inform customers about relevant offers, discounts, or suitable product alternatives to improve conversion.

Maintain accurate records of call outcomes, remarks, and follow-ups in the CRM or tracking system.

Ensure high standards of call quality, professionalism, and customer data confidentiality.

Requirements

12 years of experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, or a similar customer-facing role.

Strong communication and active listening skills to effectively engage with customers and address their concerns.

Ability to handle high call volumes, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate call records.

Problem-solving ability to understand customer concerns and guide them toward completing their purchase.

Good time management and multitasking skills to meet daily calling targets.

Familiarity with the D2C or e-commerce industry and CRM tools is an added advantage.

Work from office

Location - Sohna Road, Gurgaon, sector 47

Shift - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

5.5 Days Working (Rotational Sat Off)
