Position Overview
We are looking for dynamic, customer-focused, and professionally groomed Customer Service Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, managing leads, providing information about hospital services, and ensuring a seamless patient experience from the first interaction to post-treatment follow-ups.
Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, a patient-centric approach, and the ability to build trust and confidence among patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, emails, and other patient communications.
- Respond to patient queries regarding treatments, consultations, therapies, packages, and hospital services.
- Convert inquiries into appointments by effectively explaining treatment benefits and hospital offerings.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and front office teams for appointment scheduling and patient management.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective and existing patients.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions in CRM and hospital management systems.
- Resolve patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction through excellent communication and service.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Assist in patient retention and relationship management initiatives.
- Generate daily reports and maintain service-related documentation.

Preferred Experience
