Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with customers regarding project updates and service requests.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer records and update details in the system.
- Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams.
- Take regular feedback from customers and maintain good relationships.
- Prepare basic reports and maintain customer data.
Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma holder.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, CRM, Collections, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Client Coordination.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and customer handling skills.
