Customer Service Executives for an
International BPO Voice Process . The role involves handling global customers, resolving queries, and driving revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
Compensation Benefits
- Salary: Up to 5.5 LPA
- Retention Bonus: 1,00,000
- Travel Allowance: 3,500/month
- Attendance Bonus: 2,750/month
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international customer queries via voice and blended channels
- Provide excellent customer service and resolution
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services
- Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of International BPO Voice experience (mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in rotational night shifts
