Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone and other support channels
- Provide accurate information and timely issue resolution
- Log and track customer interactions in CRM systems
- Escalate unresolved/complex cases to relevant departments
- Ensure adherence to SLA and quality standards
- Stay updated on income tax regulations, policies, and processes
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain professionalism and compliance standards
Required Skills
- Prior experience in Customer Service / Customer Support
- Basic knowledge of Income Tax
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English Hindi
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
