Customer Service Executive

Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in customer service and will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved promptly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
• Maintain customer records and documentation in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and address issues.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with the service.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
