Role Description The Customer Service Executive – Collection Process is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls related to payment collections, responding to customer inquiries, and providing clear, courteous assistance. The Customer Service Executive will follow up on outstanding payments, explain billing details, negotiate and confirm payment plans within defined guidelines, and update records accurately in the system. They will work closely with internal teams to resolve escalations, ensure timely collections, and support overall customer satisfaction. The role also includes maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable regulations, and meeting daily and monthly performance targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills.
  • Experience or interest in Customer Service Management, particularly in collection or payment follow-up processes.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and empathetically.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills in English (additional local language skills are an advantage).
  • Prior experience in collections, customer service, or call center environments is preferred.
  • Comfort using CRM tools or call center software, with strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage time effectively, and meet collection targets and quality standards.
  • Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or a related field is an asset.
