We are seeking a Customer Service Executive for our insurance division in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience in customer service, with a focus on providing exceptional support to our clients and assisting them with their insurance needs.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in understanding their insurance policies and claims process.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Provide information about various insurance products and services offered by the company.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues effectively.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-7 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English or Hindi and local languages.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of insurance products and services is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team goals.
