Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Executive based in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving service-related issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining professional communication across various channels. You will also support customers by providing clear and accurate information, handling complaints, and following up to ensure issues are resolved. Collaborating with internal teams and adhering to company policies will be part of daily responsibilities.
