Role Summary

We are hiring Customer Service Executives (Remote) who are enthusiastic, customer-focused, and eager to start their careers. This role involves handling customer queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth service experience through calls, emails, and chat support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively
  • Maintain records of interactions in systems or trackers
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams when required
  • Support basic reporting and administrative tasks

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace)
  • Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Customer-first attitude with patience and empathy

Eligibility

  • Both Freshers & experienced candidate can apply
  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
