Job Description

We are actively seeking a highly communicative and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our client's team through Acme Services. This pivotal role is responsible for engaging with customers across multiple channels, providing accurate and helpful information, and coordinating internally to meet customer needs efficiently. The ideal candidate will be adept at clear communication and precise data entry, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multichannel Communication: Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring professional and empathetic interactions.
  • Product Knowledge & Inquiry Resolution: Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability, ensuring customers receive accurate and timely information.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work with internal departments to meet customers needs, facilitating smooth resolution of inquiries and requests.
  • Data Management: Perform accurate and efficient data entry in various platforms, maintaining up-to-date customer records and service logs.

Skills
