Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Manage customer interactions across WhatsApp, calls, and in-app support channels
- Handle bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and real-time service issues efficiently
- Coordinate with operations teams to resolve customer concerns accurately and promptly
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution of issues
- Deliver clear, respectful, and premium communication in every interaction
