Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Manage customer interactions across WhatsApp, calls, and in-app support channels
  • Handle bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and real-time service issues efficiently
  • Coordinate with operations teams to resolve customer concerns accurately and promptly
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution of issues
  • Deliver clear, respectful, and premium communication in every interaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, issues, and resolutions
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives
