*Key Responsibilities

Customer Handling

Manage inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally

Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively

Provide accurate information and ensure first-call resolution wherever possible

Deliver exceptional customer experience in every interaction

Performance & Quality

Meet daily and monthly performance targets

Maintain call quality standards and compliance

Achieve KPIs such as AHT, CSAT, and productivity metrics

Follow company policies and process guidelines

Continuous Learning

Stay updated with process changes and product knowledge

Participate in training and skill enhancement programs

Implement feedback from team leads and quality analysts

Required Skills

Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)

Strong listening and problem-solving abilities

Customer-centric attitude

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and team spirit

*Eligibility Criteria

HSC (12th Pass) Mandatory

Minimum 6 months of BPO experience preferred

Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply
