Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team in Malad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within time limits
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Meet daily/weekly performance targets and KPIs
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum HSC/Graduate (preferred)
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English required; additional languages are a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively
- Prior experience in customer service or call center is preferred but not mandatory
