This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district for a Customer Service Associate. The role involves providing outstanding support to customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues via calls, emails, or other communication channels. The Customer Service Associate will ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining professional phone etiquette. The role also includes fostering customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall quality of customer interactions.

• Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service skills
• Expertise in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
• Strong Phone Etiquette and professional communication skills
• Empathy, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability in dynamic situations
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Fluency in English and any additional regional language is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a passion for customer service
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory; freshers are welcome to apply
