Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Representative based in Mohali District, with occasional work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include engaging potential clients, fostering customer relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting customer service follow-ups, and ensuring client satisfaction. The representative will collaborate with the team to explore new partnerships and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for fostering relationships and addressing client needs
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales & Marketing to drive business growth and expand partnerships
• Ability to provide Training to partners or clients as needed
• Problem-solving aptitude and results-oriented mindset
• Relevant experience in the food service industry or B2B partnerships is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
