About the Role
We are looking for experienced individuals with a strong command of spoken English and a neutral to American accent. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a BPO environment, handling both inbound and outbound calls, and interacting directly with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner.Manage high call volumes while maintaining excellent call etiquette and ensuring each interaction reflects professionalism and brand standards.
- Engage directly with clients and build strong professional relationships.Effectively interact with clients,understand their requirements, and ensure a seamless communication experience. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients.
- Understand customer/client concerns and provide accurate solutions. Actively listen, identify root causes, and offer timely and effective resolutions.
- Document customer interactions and update records in the system
- Accurately record call details, feedback, and resolutions in CRM tools to ensure proper tracking and follow-up.
- Consistently achieve KPIs such as call handling time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction scores, and quality benchmarks.
Requirement:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (American accent)
- Strong listening and comprehension abilities
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in international voice processes
- 1+ years of experience in BPO/voice process (mandatory)
- Experience working with Marketing or related company
