Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent at the Chennai Airport. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers, handling inquiries and complaints, and ensuring a positive and efficient check-in process. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist passengers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handle check-in and boarding procedures according to company and airline policies
  • Respond to passenger inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
  • Maintain knowledge of flight schedules, airport facilities, and airline policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely departures
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions for excess baggage, upgrades, and other services
  • Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors, elderly, and disabled individuals
  • Monitor flight status and make necessary announcements to passengers
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations at all times
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of reservation systems
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
