Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the face of our company and will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients have a smooth and enjoyable airport experience. Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist passengers at the airport, providing them with information and directions as needed
  • Check-in passengers and their luggage, ensuring all necessary documents are in order
  • Handle inquiries and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor flight schedules and assist with rebooking or rescheduling as needed
  • Collaborate with other airport staff and airline representatives to ensure a seamless travel experience for passengers
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the check-in counters and waiting areas
  • Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the safety of passengers and airport staff
  • Keep up-to-date with airline policies and procedures to provide accurate and helpful information to passengers
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions for ticket sales and other airport services
  • Assist with any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager. Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Fluency in English and Tamil is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
