We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Agents. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to start their career in customer service and grow within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product-related questions and issues, providing accurate information and effective solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for future reference and analysis.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes and resolve complex issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate assistance.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- A customer-centric attitude and a passion for helping others.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or HSC with relevant BPO experience
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic understanding of banking processes or willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in night shifts (US time zones)
ompensation & Benefits
- Freshers: ₹24,000 (In-hand)
- Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹35,000 (In-hand) + Incentives
- Rotational shifts and weekly offs
