Job Description
· Handle 40–50 inbound customer calls daily
· Assist with order cancellations, refunds, returns, and payment-related issues
· Provide professional and empathetic customer support
· Maintain service quality and adhere to KPIs
· Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system

Salary: 3 LPA to 6 LPA
