Job Description

PCCS Logistics is looking for a dynamic and experienced CRM Manager from the domestic logistics industry to join our team. This role will be a key link between Sales, Operations, CRM, and Clients, ensuring seamless coordination and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage pricing, rate coordination, and quotation processes
  • Prepare and finalize commercial proposals and rate contracts
  • Coordinate with operations for service feasibility and timelines
  • Support Sales & BD teams with proposals and documentation
  • Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain accurate rate cards and pricing structure

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain and update CRM data, quotations, and pipelines
  • Track leads, conversions, and performance metrics
  • Share MIS reports with management
  • Drive improvements in process efficiency and turnaround time

Mandatory experience

  • Strong expertise in pricing, quotations & commercial coordination
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, MIS)
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills

Preferred Profile

  • Confident, presentable, and proactive
  • Fluent in English (verbal & written)
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities
