PCCS Logistics is looking for a dynamic and experienced CRM Manager from the domestic logistics industry to join our team. This role will be a key link between Sales, Operations, CRM, and Clients, ensuring seamless coordination and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage pricing, rate coordination, and quotation processes
- Prepare and finalize commercial proposals and rate contracts
- Coordinate with operations for service feasibility and timelines
- Support Sales & BD teams with proposals and documentation
- Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate rate cards and pricing structure
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain and update CRM data, quotations, and pipelines
- Track leads, conversions, and performance metrics
- Share MIS reports with management
- Drive improvements in process efficiency and turnaround time
Mandatory experience
- Strong expertise in pricing, quotations & commercial coordination
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, MIS)
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
