Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Customer Relationship Manager. The individual in this position will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions in real estate transactions. Core responsibilities include providing support to clients during the property buying, selling, or leasing process, responding to inquiries, resolving any issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role will also involve coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to address customer requirements effectively.

Qualifications
  • Strong client relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or account management
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and property market trends
  • Ability to handle client inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure satisfaction
  • Proficiency in negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple clients
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior work experience in real estate or a customer-facing role is a plus
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and other customer management technologies
