Job Description

We're looking for a Customer Relationship Manager / Customer Service Executive who will handle customer interactions with empathy and efficiency. You'll assist customers with their queries, orders, and feedback while ensuring a smooth and satisfying brand experience. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people and wants to grow in customer experience and brand communication.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via email, chat, social media, and phone in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure smooth handling of orders, returns, exchanges and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Maintain and update customer data and records in CRM systems.
  • Follow up on customer issues to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.
  • Gather and share customer insights with the marketing and product teams.
  • Maintain a polite, positive, and solution-oriented attitude in every interaction.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 0-6 months of experience in customer service, CRM, or client handling (internship or full-time).
  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools or Excel.
  • A customer-first mindset with patience, empathy, and problem-solving ability.
  • Prior experience in D2C, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
  • Understanding of e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Zoho CRM.
