We're looking for a Customer Relationship Manager / Customer Service Executive who will handle customer interactions with empathy and efficiency. You'll assist customers with their queries, orders, and feedback while ensuring a smooth and satisfying brand experience. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via email, chat, social media, and phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure smooth handling of orders, returns, exchanges and coordinating with internal teams.
- Maintain and update customer data and records in CRM systems.
- Follow up on customer issues to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.
- Gather and share customer insights with the marketing and product teams.
- Maintain a polite, positive, and solution-oriented attitude in every interaction.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0-6 months of experience in customer service, CRM, or client handling (internship or full-time).
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools or Excel.
- A customer-first mindset with patience, empathy, and problem-solving ability.
- Prior experience in D2C, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Zoho CRM.
