Academic Qualification - Graduation

Professional Skill - Knowledge of Website Domain, E-commerce & Paid Ad Campaigns (Mandatory)

Work Experience - 2 yrs - 3 yrs

Job Location - Thinksurf Media Mani Casadona

Shift Timing - 10 AM - 7 PM (Mon-Sat)

Salary Bracket - 25%-30% hike

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a point of contact for client queries related to website development, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (designers, developers, and marketing) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve client e-commerce performance.
  • Monitor and analyze client website traffic, performance, and paid ad campaign results.
  • Address client concerns promptly and work towards resolution.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and digital marketing strategies.
  • Good at Upselling and Cross Selling.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in website domain management, e-commerce platforms, and paid ad campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
