Babulal Jewellers is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to enhance customer engagement, build strong relationships, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have a passion for Jewellery Retail, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach to drive business growth.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide personalised assistance to clients, understanding their preferences and needs.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
- Maintain and update the customer database for future engagement and marketing efforts.
- Assist in organising exclusive client events, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to enhance customer experience.
- Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Ensure a high level of client retention and referrals through relationship management.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and purchase history.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in customer service or relationship management, preferably in the jewellery retail industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English and Hindi).
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital communication tools.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client interactions.
