Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Customer Relationship Management Specialist to join our team on-site in Jalandhar. In this role, you will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, managing CRM databases, and identifying opportunities for business growth. You will collaborate with the sales and project management teams to enhance customer satisfaction, address client inquiries, and assist with implementing customer feedback to improve our offerings. Additionally, you will analyze customer data to drive better engagement and provide actionable insights to internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Communication skills to establish and maintain client relationships effectively
• Proven expertise in Sales and an ability to identify growth opportunities and achieve targets
• Analytical Skills for understanding customer data and delivering actionable insights
• Project Management skills to coordinate efforts across teams and manage customer-related projects efficiently
• Proficient in working with CRM tools and platforms
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Experience in the construction or related industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
