Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist to join our team in Surat for an on-site, full-time role. The CRM Specialist will manage and enhance customer relationships by overseeing customer communications, responding to inquiries, and implementing retention strategies. Responsibilities include analyzing customer data, optimizing CRM processes, supporting the sales team, and assisting in managing customer-related projects. This role plays a vital part in improving customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and customer engagement skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Proven Analytical Skills to assess customer data and derive actionable insights
• Experience in Sales, including cross-selling and upselling strategies
• Proficiency in Project Management for handling CRM initiatives and customer-focused programs
• Proficient in using CRM software and relevant tools
• Ability to work collaboratively and achieve team goals
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
