Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat, where the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist will play a key role in managing and enhancing customer interactions. Responsibilities include implementing and overseeing CRM systems, analyzing customer data to improve engagement, developing strategies for long-term customer retention, addressing customer inquiries, and staying aligned with evolving customer needs and feedback. Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams will also be a crucial part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales skills
  • Excellent Communication skills and ability to address customer needs effectively
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate customer data and recommend strategies
  • Project Management experience for organizing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and retention
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of the fashion or retail industry is an advantage
