GTM Expert (Market Strategy & Lead Intelligence)

Role Summary
We are seeking a results-driven professional to support market expansion and revenue growth
initiatives. The role involves identifying target markets, building qualified prospect pipelines, and
enabling effective outreach strategies through structured research and actionable insights.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance
productivity and scale lead generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
● Support the planning and execution of market entry and expansion strategies
● Identify target industries, ideal customer profiles, and key decision-makers
● Build and maintain a high-quality database of prospective clients
● Source potential opportunities through multiple online channels and business platforms
● Align outreach initiatives with overall business and sales objectives
● Ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance of collected data
● Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance research, prospecting, and outreach efficiency
● Utilize automation tools to streamline lead generation and data collection processes
● Identify and implement new tools/platforms to improve pipeline quality and scalability
● Optimize workflows for faster data extraction and lead qualification
● Monitor, track, and report performance metrics
Required Qualifications & Skills
● 2–3 years of experience in market strategy, business research, or pipeline development
roles
● Strong analytical and research capabilities
● Hands-on experience with lead generation platforms (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales
Navigator, Clay, etc.)
● Experience working with professional networking and data platforms
● Familiarity with AI tools for research, content generation, or workflow optimization
● Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, or similar platforms)
● Ability to integrate multiple tools to build efficient lead generation workflows
● Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
● Strong understanding of data extraction, enrichment, and validation techniques
● Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience with CRM platforms
● Exposure to international B2B markets
● Familiarity with scraping tools or data enrichment platforms
● Experience using AI for outreach personalization or email sequencing
● Exposure to CRM automation and workflow setup
