Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager based in Noida. The CRM Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities include coordinating with sales teams, analyzing customer data, implementing customer relationship strategies, managing market segmentation efforts, and developing innovative solutions to enhance customer engagement.

Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent Communication skills to build relationships with clients and collaborate with internal teams effectively.
  • Sales and Market Segmentation expertise to identify opportunities and meet customer needs strategically.
  • Proficiency in Project Management to oversee CRM campaigns and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in real estate or related industry is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
